Staff
Our highly motivated team is one of our greatest assets. RideInOne (RiO) employs 72 professionals: 60 experienced drivers (with the necessary licenses and over a decade of experience in public transportation), and 7 operators who manage our service from receiving customer calls to dispatching vehicles (for more details, see the organization chart on page 7). Our philosophy focuses on continuous improvement and creating a pleasant, comfortable, and safe travel experience.
